Adding a check-box list in your SessionLab agenda is an ideal way to create a to-do list to keep track of actions to be done and tasks still to be completed.

But did you know you can also tag your session collaborators in the list, to draw their attention to a particular action?

To apply a check-box list to content in your session, first highlight the text you wish to change into a task list, then click on the option from the formatting menu to apply the check-box formatting. Clicking again on this will remove it.

Tagging collaborators in your session

You can tag your collaborators in any block or comment in your session, as well as in the Task Management list. This is a great way to direct their attention to a specific part of your agenda if you have tasks or questions to assign to your colleagues or clients.

Please note, in order to tag someone, they must be invited as a collaborator to your session

Simply type the @ symbol next to an item in your list, and you'll see your session collaborators suggested to be tagged:

When someone is tagged in a session, they'll see a notification in the in-app Notification Center:

They'll also receive an email, if they have this setting turned on. You can read more about this here.
