One of the great benefits of the Block details section is to record the materials you need for your sessions. You’ll be able to keep a track of the items you need to run your session and to see a summary of all these items in the ‘Session overview’ tab.

If you add items to the bullet-pointed list in the materials section for your blocks, then you will be able to find a summary of all the materials you added to your session under the Session Info tab of the right side panel.

In the Flexible block view, you should first click on the grip icon, then 'Block details' and the side panel will open for you to add materials

When using the Block Details tab you can also record the materials you need for running that activity. Whether it’s stationary, objects or even software, it’s worth noting the materials you need to effectively run every part of your session.

Once you’ve added items to the bullet-pointed list in the materials section, you will then be able to find a summary of all the materials you added to your session under the Session Info tab in the right-hand sidebar.

By default, the list of materials in the Session info tab is sorted sequentially; in the order they appear in your agenda.

However, you can click on the arrow next to the current sorting method to switch to the Alphabetical view where each material will instead be listed alphabetically.

Sorting alphabetically / sequentially

Changing how the materials are sorted will only affect how they appear to you. Therefore collaborators (with viewer or editor rights) or someone who is viewing the session via a publicly shareable link can all sort the materials with their own preference and this will not alter how the materials are sorted for any other collaborator on the session.

However, if you'd like to, you can turn this off on the PDF customization screen by clicking on the dropdown menu next to ‘Extra options’ on the header bar and deselecting the ‘List of all materials’ option.
