You can type “@” in the AI Assistant chat to open the mention menu, then search for the SessionLab content you want to reference. You can mention specific Days, Pages, Forms, Blocks, or Sessions from your workspace.
This gives the AI Assistant the exact context you want it to work with, without needing to copy and paste content into the chat or explain which item you’re referring to.
How to mention content
When speaking with the AI Assistant, type @ in the chat to open the mention menu. You can then search for and select the SessionLab content you want to reference.
You can mention:
Days, Pages and Forms in your current session
Blocks in any day of the agenda you have open
Sessions elsewhere in your workspace
Once you select an item, it will appear as a mention in your message. The AI Assistant can then use that specific item as context for your request.
For example:
@Design Sprint Introduction - Shorten this by five minutes.
The AI Assistant will know exactly which block you’re referring to and can make the requested change.
Mention content from another Session
You can also use @ mentions to reference content from a different Session in your workspace.
For example, if you’re working on a new agenda and want to use content from another Session, type @ and search for the Session you want to reference. You can then bring that content into your conversation with the AI assistant without leaving the Session you’re currently working on.
This is particularly useful when you want the AI Assistant to work with content that already exists elsewhere in your workspace, rather than recreating or copying it manually.
Searching for content
After typing @, you can start typing the name of the content you’re looking for to narrow down the results.
You can also use your keyboard to navigate through the results and select the item you want to mention.
The selected content is shown as a mention in the chat, so you can see exactly what you’re asking the AI assistant to work with.
