Setting up self-serve SSO on the Business Plan

Enhance your team’s security and ease of access with an SSO login for you and your colleagues

Users on the Business plan can now set up Single Sign-On (SSO) directly from their account page.

With enhanced SSO capabilities, teams can configure Azure AD and custom SAML providers— with no need to contact SessionLab support to provide this information.

Configuring your SSO settings

Head to your Business account settings page, and you’ll see the ‘SSO’ settings area on the left of the page. Click on this to choose to set up either a Custom SAML or Azure/Entra/Outlook365

If you choose a custom SAML authentication, simply enter the SP Entity ID, and Federation metadata URL in the respective fields:

If you choose the Azure/Entra/Outlook365 authentication option, enter your Tenant ID in the designated field to proceed with the setup.
