You can decide if you want the timing in your sessions to be displayed in a 12-hour or a 24-hour time format. By default, the 24-hour format (also referred to as ‘military time’ / ‘continental time’ / ‘railway time’) is applied, but you can change this at your account settings under the header ‘Other’.
