If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by requesting a new one on the password recovery page.
Password recovery emails are usually delivered within a couple of minutes. In case you don’t receive your recovery email, you should double check the email address you have requested the reset email to be sent to on the password recovery page.
If you still can’t find the password reset email, please get in touch with our support and let us know which email address you wanted to reset the password for.
If you enter a wrong password for your account five times, your account will get locked for two hours, and you will see the below message on the screen:
Your account will be automatically unlocked in two hours, after which time you’ll be able to attempt logging in again. If you want to access your SessionLab account sooner, you’ll have received an email with a link where you can immediately unlock your account and try logging in again or requesting a new password.
