Every facilitator has slightly different requirements when exporting agendas. Some need a client-ready version without facilitator notes, others want larger text for printing, while some need exports that match their organisation's branding.
You can now ask the AI Assistant to create a custom PDF export preset for you. Once it's created, it will appear alongside the built-in PDF presets and can be used whenever you export any of your agendas.
What can you customise?
You can ask the AI Assistant to create a standardised preset by customising many aspects of your PDF export, including:
Which columns are shown or hidden
Fonts, colours and text sizes
Page layout and overall visual styling
Custom PDF presets are useful for creating different exports for different audiences.
For example, you might create:
A facilitator version that includes notes and resources
A participant handout that only shows activities and timings
A branded export using your organisation's colours and typography
A print-friendly version with larger text and additional spacing for handwritten notes
A compact layout designed to fit as much content as possible onto fewer pages
How it works
Open the AI Assistant from within a session, and describe how you'd like your PDF export to look.
For example, you could say:
Create a PDF export preset for client handouts that only shows the Description and Instructions columns, and uses our brand colour (blue) for headings
The AI Assistant will generate a new PDF export preset based on your instructions. Once created, the preset becomes part of your account and will be available whenever you export a PDF:
Editing, deleting or renaming an existing preset
If you'd like to make changes to your PDF preset, simply ask the AI Assistant to update it, and the changes will be made for you.
In order to rename or delete any presets, click on the three dots menu from the PDF export screen, and you'll be able to manage your preset there.
