Your author profile is your public presence in the SessionLab Library. It shows other facilitators who you are, what you’ve created, and how they can learn more about your work.

If you’ve shared sessions, templates, or activities in the Library, your author profile becomes the place where people can discover your contributions and follow your work.

Step 1. Open your account settings

To get started, log in to SessionLab and click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Go to Author Profile and fill it in

From the menu, open Account, then select Author profile from the left-hand navigation. This will take you to your profile editor, where you can customize how you appear in the Library.

Here, you can add your display name and a short tagline, along with a description of what you do and what kind of sessions you create.

You can also include practical details like your location and working languages, as well as links to your website or social profiles. Don’t forget to upload a profile image as this helps people put a face to your work.

All of this information will be shown on your public author page in the SessionLab Library, alongside the sessions and templates you’ve shared.

Step 3. Make your profile public

When you’re happy with how everything looks, make sure to turn on the Public profile is visible toggle and click Save.

Your author profile will then be live. You can use the Open profile button at any time to preview it and see exactly what others will see when they visit your page.
