When you create a team in SessionLab, you’ll have 15-days to trial the Team plan.
After your 15-day Team trial period expires, your Team workspace will be suspended, together with the sessions you and your team members have created under it. But you can quickly recover those sessions in either of the following ways:
If you would like to keep using the Team functionality, you may upgrade the trial workspace on your team admin page in the Billing section.
If you don't need the Team functionality, you can simply cancel your workspace on the same page, and each session in the Team workspace will move to the Personal workspace of the person who created them, respectively. If any of those SessionLab users have more than 10 sessions at the time the Team trial expires, then they will need to choose which sessions they’d like to unlock in their Basic workspace, up to a maximum of 10 sessions.
